Designed an automated hiring workflow that evaluates GoHighLevel skills assessments submitted via Google Forms and writes results directly to Google Sheets.
Implemented a workflow in n8n that monitors new form responses, processes submissions individually, and triggers AI evaluation.
Built an AI grading agent using GPT-4.1 that scores candidate answers across 8 competency sections using a structured rubric totaling 100 points.
Automatically classifies candidates (Junior to Automation Architect) and generates concise technical evaluations with hiring recommendations.
Writes structured results (score, evaluation, recommendation) back to the spreadsheet, enabling fully automated candidate screening.
